Snippetz is a private, secure way to manage those fragments of code that you use repeatedly from project to project. How often do you hunt through old files looking for a function or a connection string you want to re-use? We got so fed up with it, we built Snippetz.

If you find it hard work being organised, Snippetz is the answer to your problem; file, manage and re-use your snippets the way you want to with this clean, easy to use, web-based system - built by coders for coders.

“It’s as easy as wiping an elephant’s butt,” says Matt from Tulsa. And who are we to argue?

With Snippetz your code is kept private, unlike some other online snippets repositories.

NEW! Snippetz now manages bookmarks

Managing bookmarks has always been a problem for people who use multiple machines; also, using folders to file them hierarchically often isn't enough. Del.ico.us proved massively popular as an online repository for bookmarks and was one of the first sites to offer tagging as the primary means to categorise content. Problem is, del.ico.us is public, and anyone can view your bookmarks.

By adding bookmark support to Snippetz.net, we hope to provide you some of the same great functionality while keeping your links private - not everything is for sharing.

Just click Add bookmark on the home page to get started.

No limit on snippets for free accounts

When Snippetz.net launches properly, the free account will have no limit on the number of snippets you can manage. We'll also provide the facility to export your data at any time.

Snippetz is still in beta; sign up now for a free account or find out more about Snippetz and the upcoming features we have planned.
