About Snippetz
Snippetz is designed to be easy and quick to use, so that you can save time when you're developing. Whenever you create a piece of code that you might want to re-use, simply flick over to your Snippetz page and add the code as a new snippet. Snippetz makes it easy to file snippets in the right place, and to find them again when you need them.

Key features:
- create your own custom tags to assign to snippets
- snippets, titles and descriptions are all fully searchable
- available from any machine since it's hosted online
- workgroup version coming soon
- your code is kept private
- manage urls and bookmarks too!
- premium features planned include:
- share your snippets with other invited members
- version control for snippets
- comments for snippets
NEW! Snippetz now manages bookmarks
Managing bookmarks has always been a problem for people who use multiple machines; also, using folders to file them hierarchically often isn't enough. Del.ico.us proved massively popular as an online repository for bookmarks and was one of the first sites to offer tagging as the primary means to categorise content. Problem is, del.ico.us is public, and anyone can view your bookmarks.
By adding bookmark support to Snippetz.net, we hope to provide you some of the same great functionality while keeping your links private - not everything is for sharing.
Just click Add bookmark on the home page to get started
Account options
When Snippetz.net launches for real, you will have several options;
- A free individual account.
This will support an unlimited number of snippets, and is not time-limited. This is what you can sign up for presently. Did we mention it was free? - A paid individual account.
This will also offer additional features over the free account. It will support unlimited snippets and will be moderately priced - no more than the price of a cup of (good) coffee per month. - A paid workgroup account.
This will support unlimited snippets and users. This will also be moderately priced, and will offer both a shared workspace and private snippets.
Snippetz is still in beta; sign up now for a free account.
